Delivery policy:
Login must be created before placing an order.
After payment, an order confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email id and a text message will be sent to your phone.
Items will be shipped in a single box mostly or multiple boxes for any specific type of order (you can see this in order tracking after shipment).
Each item’s dispatch and delivery time may vary and will be indicated against each product listing.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed only on Monday. Orders placed on weekdays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery time is influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time to deliver to your location.
Delivery charge:
The shipping charges vary with the weight of the product that you are purchasing.
For Tamil Nadu, a delivery charge of Rs. 30 per kg will apply. Free delivery above ₹499 for Tamil Nadu
For the Southern states like Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, a delivery charge of Rs. 40 per kg will apply. Free Delivery on orders above ₹799.
For all Other States, a delivery charge of Rs. 120 per kg will apply. Free Delivery is not applicable.

Cancellation policy:
Orders placed can be cancelled only before the order gets shipped.
Cancellation within 1 Hour will entitle you for FULL REFUND.
Cancellation between 1 Hour – 3 Hours will entitle you with a Cancellation Fee deducted.
Cancellation after your order is processed/Dispatched will entitle you for Product Return Policy.
If any or all the products in an order is not shipped within a maximum of 5 business days, will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
In either of the cases above a cancellation confirmation, mail or message will be sent to you. Refunds will be processed in 2 to 3 business days and the amount will be credited within 15 business days.

With keeping both consumer and venture into consideration we have decided to fix cancellation Fee to 10% of the Product value that is cancelled. We would charge only for the product that is cancelled and not for full order. This is considering Payment Gateway Fee and Administrative Cost involved.
The above doesn’t apply for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
Product Return Policy:
Return of the products will be accepted only if the wrong or damaged product is delivered.
Once the products are delivered and in case of any wrong or damaged products are received by the customer, must be reported to us within 24 hours from the delivered time.
Pictures or a complete single unboxing video is recommended for better processing. Make the video right from the beginning of opening the parcel and viewing each of the items one after the other. The unboxing video is mandatory.
In the case of grocery/food items, images must be sent to the support team within 8 hours from the time of delivery.
